Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made:

  • More than 7 days before the booking date: eligible for a full refund

  • Between 3 and 7 days before the booking date: eligible for a 50% refund

  • Less than 72 hours before the booking date: non-refundable

Changes To Bookings

We will attempt to accommodate reasonable booking changes where possible, but changes are not guaranteed.

Company Cancellations

If The House Sommelier Ltd cancels a booking due to circumstances within our control, customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruption caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, illness, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed via the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and bank processing times.
