Services
The House Sommelier Ltd provides private wine tasting and hospitality experiences for holiday accommodation guests and private clients.
All experiences are subject to availability.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by The House Sommelier Ltd.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Accurate booking information is provided
Guests are of legal drinking age where alcohol is served
Suitable access and venue conditions are available where required
Alcohol Consumption
Customers and guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly.
The House Sommelier Ltd reserves the right to refuse service where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.
Liability
While we aim to provide services to a high standard, The House Sommelier Ltd shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Circumstances outside reasonable control
Guest behaviour or third-party venue issues
Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
Changes To Services
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to experiences, wines, timings, or formats where necessary.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, and materials remain the property of The House Sommelier Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
